1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 88gj website accessible at https://88gj.pro and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the 88gj Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in a Player's account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or licensing conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 88gj Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the 88gj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 88gj. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 88gj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88gj strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing 88gj Account, whether active, suspended, or self-excluded.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 88gj or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

To access the full services of 88gj, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.

You agree to promptly notify 88gj of any changes to your registration details by updating your Account profile or contacting the support team. 88gj shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts — regardless of the name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — are prohibited.
• You may not register an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity.
• 88gj reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
• Account registration is free of charge. 88gj will never request payment for the registration process itself.

Upon successful registration, a Player Account will be created denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals will be processed in PKR unless otherwise specified.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

88gj strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. This provides an additional layer of protection and is particularly recommended for players accessing 88gj from multiple devices or locations across Pakistan.

• You must notify 88gj immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 88gj shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers and financial transactions — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a security breach.
• 88gj staff will never request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 88gj requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

88gj supports a range of payment methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via mobile wallet methods. 88gj does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
• Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• 88gj reserves the right to request additional identity documentation prior to processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

88gj offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to Players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified Account unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• 88gj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed a qualifying bonus will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or placing low-risk qualifying bets — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are wagered. The order in which funds are applied may be reviewed in your Account transaction history.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 88gj sports book and casino are subject to the specific game and event rules published on the Platform in addition to these general terms. In the event of any discrepancy, the specific game rules shall prevail for that particular game type.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a particular market.
• 88gj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or data feed failure, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placing ("past posting").
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed within each respective game or sports betting section.
• For live in-play cricket and snooker markets, 88gj may suspend betting at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• In the case of a contested result, an officially revised result, or abandonment of a sporting event, settlement rules specific to that sport type will apply as published on the Platform.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your Account balance promptly upon settlement. Where settlement is pending a result confirmation or adjudication, the funds will remain reserved until the outcome is determined.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88gj Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers such an error must report it immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from exploiting a Platform error are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Using the Platform while accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting activity related to the sports markets offered on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88gj Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, data, and the overall presentation and design — is the exclusive property of 88gj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from 88gj.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any 88gj trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or technology.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88gj's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88gj shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or 88gj had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

• 88gj does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults.
• 88gj shall not be liable for any interruption to service resulting from maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond 88gj's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Gambling inherently involves financial risk. 88gj accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through normal gaming activity on the Platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

88gj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to remind you of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

88gj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a reasonable belief that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage.
• The Account is involved in suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A regulatory authority, licensing body, or law enforcement agency directs 88gj to do so.
• The Player has been identified as a minor or has failed to complete satisfactory age verification.
• The Player has requested a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon Account termination for cause, 88gj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed by the Player voluntarily without any breach of these terms, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the 88gj Platform or any transaction, you should first contact the 88gj customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our support team will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the customer support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to the 88gj compliance team, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction references, and the resolution you are seeking. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event or transaction giving rise to the complaint. 88gj will not consider disputes raised outside of this limitation period except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88gj holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 88gj's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent conduct.
